How To Order

Step 1:

Browse the information on this webiste, and decide on which product(s) you need.  If you are unsure about which product to order email us at questions@bugcentral.com.au

Step 2:

Order the product you want by "Buy Now” button on the product information page. You have the option of paying by Direct Credit to Bug Central's bank account through your own on-line banking system, or paying by Credit Card using the PayPal secure on line payment system.

Step 3:

Once we receive your order and confirmation of payment to our bank account or via PayPal, we will confirm your order by email along with an estimated delivery date. 

Whilst we aim to fill all orders within 7 days of ordering, customers need to understand that with a ‘live insect’ such as the good bugs we supply, orders may occasionally take longer to fill.  The confirmation email to customers will outline any expected delays.  If this delay is more than 2 weeks, the customer will have the option to change their order.

Step 4:

We aim to despatch good bugs on Wednesday each week, allowing for delivery Thursday or Friday for release over the weekends.

Step 5:

Customers should contact Bug Central if product has not arrived within 3 business days after delivery date advised in the confirmation email. The beneficial insects will survive several days in transit, but if orders go missing, the sooner Bug Central is advised the sooner a replacement can be despatched.
